Social media content such as imagery, video content and feedback such as reviews and social interactions.

For any content you submit, we may use, copy, modify, adapt, publish or incorporate such content into forms of marketing messaging and advertising for our social accounts, email marketing, print brochures and our website.

We may share the personal data we collect with other companies in the Century Travel Group, where it is necessary for the effective servicing of a booking or query.

We may share the personal data we collect with other Supplier Partners and Service Providers. We only share personal data that enable our Supplier Partners to provide their services. We work with carefully selected Service Providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf, including for example, companies that help us with our technology services, storing and combining data, and processing payments. We only share personal data that enable our Service Providers to effectively provide their services. When we share personal data with these companies we require them store and process it securely, and they must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.

We may also need to share personal data with other organisations in certain circumstances:

if the law or a public authority says we must share the personal data;

if we need to share personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (this includes providing personal data to others for the purposes of preventing fraud and reducing credit risk);

to an organisation we sell or transfer (or enter into negotiations to sell or transfer) any of our businesses or any of our rights or obligations under any agreement we may have with you. In order for you to travel overseas, we may be required to disclose certain of your personal data to government bodies or other authorities in Cyprus and in other countries, such as those responsible for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism. Even if it is not mandatory for us to provide information to such authorities, we may exercise our discretion to assist them where appropriate.

A&K Travel Group will collect Guest Personal Data that you choose to provide to us when you interact with any of the A&K Travel Group websites, contact any A&K Travel Group reservations departments, use our services, speak with our representatives (such as sales or customer service), or purchase our products

We collect Guest Personal Data about or generated by any device you have used to access the A&K Travel Group websites, or when you use Wi-Fi on an A&K network while traveling with A&K Travel Group. Such collected data could include device information, IP address, and browsing information such as previous purchase history or interests. The type of Guest Personal Data collected by A&K Travel Group may vary from country to country, and in some countries A&K Travel Group might not collect all of the categories of Guest Personal Data listed above.

A&K Travel Group is committed to only collecting and processing the minimum amount of data from you that is necessary to the purposes of our data processing activities, and to retain such data only if required to fulfil such purposes. Where applicable, if A&K Travel Group intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was initially collected, A&K Travel Group shall, prior to such processing, provide you with any relevant information on such additional purpose, and, to the extent required by applicable law, obtain your consent for such processing.

b. While traveling with A&K Travel Group subsidiary companies:

A&K Travel Group processes Guest Personal Data when you interact with us offline to provide you with the A&K Travel Group service. Additionally, when you use electronic or RFID technologies, or use on-premise digital services, we may collect browsing information including but not limited to, search history, server logs, application logs, browsing data, first-party cookies, third-party cookies, pixel tags and clear gifs. In addition, we may process this data in combination with other data that we collect and/or create as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests in (i) verifying your identity for authentication and security purposes; and (ii) to prevent fraud.


We may operate CCTV or security cameras on properties operated or owned by A&K Travel Group. In connection with these systems, we may collect and/or create Guest Personal Data as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests, such as (i) ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees; (ii) recording and investigating health and safety incidents; (iii) keeping track of guests and employees for safety and commercial purposes; and (iv) creating aggregate data.

In order to understand our guests’ preferences, and better recommend bespoke products and services we may create a “Guest Profile” by linking together and analysing Guest Personal Data collected in the following circumstances: (i) when you purchase our products and services; (ii) when you travel with companies owned or operated by A&K Travel Group; (iii) when you use our digital services; (iv) through cookies and other tracking technologies on A&K Travel Group websites; (v) when you contact us or submit information to us; and (vi) through feedback and surveys.


During our interactions we may collect special categories of personal data about you as detailed below. This may be because you provide us with the information or because it is associated with a group you travel with (please see example below). It may also be because we need to know certain personal data about you, such as health information, so that we can provide you with the best possible service and advise you whether a trip is suitable for you. For example:

If we receive a group booking from a specific religious association, we will indirectly collect details of religious beliefs of the individuals within the group booking. The same can be said for groups from political associations and trade union associations.

If a guest asks whether certain medication is allowed to be taken into certain jurisdictions, that inquiry could disclose certain medical conditions.

Other special category of personal data that we may end up receiving from you include details about your:

dietary requirements (which may disclose your health information or religious or philosophical beliefs);

You are not under any obligation to consent to us processing or disclosing your sensitive information in the manner described above and in our Notice. However, if you don’t agree then we won’t be able to process your data or transfer your data to our suppliers. As you will appreciate, it would then be difficult to actually provide your holiday because making your holiday arrangements involves processing your data and transferring your data to our suppliers in order that they can provide the services.

If you have concerns with us processing or transferring your data then please discuss that with us at your earliest convenience in order that we can book your holiday and provide you with the necessary services.

If you are happy to consent to our use of your sensitive information, you will also be able to withdraw your consent at any time. However, if this operates to prevent us from providing your holiday, we will be required to treat the withdrawal of consent as a cancellation of your booking and the cancellation charges in the Booking Terms and Conditions for your booking will become payable, as applicable.

In most instances, we process Guest Personal Data under the legitimate interests of providing you products and services, as well as running our business (for example, we record inbound and outbound calls to fulfill our legitimate interests of ensuring our customer support team is trained appropriately and to address any concerns you might raise).

Vancouver to New York City

We’re southward bound from Vancouver in Canada across the U.S. border to Astoria in Oregon, on the banks of the Columbia River. After a day at sea, we reach Eureka to see the world's tallest trees in the Humboldt Redwoods State Park. In laid-back San Francisco we’re greeted by the sight of the Golden Gate Bridge, then we explore nature on Santa Catalina Island, before our voyage reaches San Diego. Next we cross the border to Ensenada, Mexico, with its hinterland of wineries, and the popular vacation resorts of Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta. In Acajutla in El Salvador, a home-grown coffee is a must. Nicaragua is next and the surfing hotspot of San Juan del Sur, then Puntarenas in Costa Rica, where there is more nature to admire. After a day at sea, we reach South America in Ecuador, calling at Manta, then Guayaquil, gateway to the Galápagos Islands, before we return to Central America at Fuerte Amador for Panama City for three days. We slip along the Panama Canal to historic Cartagena, on the coast of Colombia, then hop around the Caribbean. Starting at Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, we sail to the holiday playgrounds of Punta Cana and San Juan in Puerto Rico, Marigot on the French-speaking side of Saint Martin, the rainforest-clad island of Dominica at Roseau, buzzy Bridgetown in Barbados, and Saint Lucia. St John’s, Antigua, is next – don’t miss the preserved Georgian dockyard that tended Admiral Nelson’s ships. We’ve still time to hit the beach bars in Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands; learn all about the Dominican Republic in the museum at Samana; and wiggle our toes in the white sands at Grand Turk on Turks and Caicos before two days take us to our final port, New York City.

San Diego to Guayaquil

Life’s a beach in San Diego, but we’ve places to go. So we’ll quit this laid-back city and head over the border to Mexico and our first port of call, Ensenada, a culinary hub with a hinterland of wineries. Next, we’ll spend a day sailing to the popular vacation resorts of Cabo San Lucas and LBGTQ+ friendly Puerto Vallarta, before watching the world go by en route to Acajutla in El Salvador, where a coffee from one of the country’s famous plantations is a must. Now Costa Rica comes into view at Playa Flamingo, with its cerulean lagoons and sugar-white sands, and Puntarenas, where there is seafood to dine on and nature to admire further inland. South America is our quest on a day at sea, which we reach at Manta in Ecuador, renowned for its wickerwork, an obvious souvenir. Our final port is Guayaquil, gateway to the Galapagos Islands.

San Diego to New York City

Life’s a beach in San Diego, but we’ve places to go. First, we head over the Mexican border to the food and wine hub of Ensenada. Next, we spend a day sailing to the popular vacation resorts of Cabo San Lucas and Puerto Vallarta, before reaching Acajutla in El Salvador, where a coffee from one of the plantations is a must. Surf central San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua is next, then Puntarenas, Costa Rica, famed for its seafood. After a day at sea, we reach South America at Manta in Ecuador, renowned for its wickerwork, then Guayaquil, gateway to the incredible Galápagos Islands. Two relaxing sea days take us to Central America at Fuerte Amador for Panama City, where we spend three nights. After our ship has slipped along the famous canal, we make for Cartagena, a beautiful UNESCO-listed city on the coast of Colombia. Then we cross the Caribbean to historic Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, the holiday playground of Punta Cana, and lively San Juan, capital of Puerto Rico. Next, a sequence of small islands maps a charming route. First is Marigot, on the French-speaking side of Saint Martin, then Roseau on rainforest-clad Dominica. Buzzy Bridgetown in Barbados delivers us to powder sands before the twin volcanic cones, the Pitons, welcome us to Saint Lucia. Follow in Nelson’s footsteps in St John’s, Antigua; beach-bar-hop in Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands; learn all about the Dominican Republic in the museum at Samana; and wiggle your toes in the white sands at Grand Turk on Turks and Caicos before two sea days take us to our final port, New York City.

Guayaquil to San Juan

Sail along one of the world’s manmade wonders, the Panama Canal, on this cruise departing Guayaquil. We’ll relax into life onboard with two days at sea, crossing from South to Central America at Fuerta Amador for Panama City, where we’ll spend two nights. That’s plenty of time to explore its streets, old and new, venture to its fringe of beaches and jungle – and, of course, buy a Panama hat. You could also take a closer look at the canal locks at Miraflores, through which gigantic vessels squeeze onto the canal. It’s time now for our ship to slip along the narrow channel built more than a century ago to push back nature for 52 miles to join the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. At the other end, we make for Cartegena, on the coast of Colombia, with a beauty of an old city that is recognised by UNESCO. Then we cross the Caribbean to two equally historic cities, Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic and, via the holiday playground of Punta Cana, our final port, San Juan in Puerto Rico.

San Juan to New York

We’ll loop the Caribbean loop then head north on this cruise, departing San Juan in Puerto Rico. A sequence of small islands maps a charming route for us, first to the French-speaking side of Saint Martin at Marigot, with its gingerbread-style houses. The natural highs of Dominica beckon, a little island clad in rainforest, when we call at Roseau. Then buzzy Bridgetown delivers us to powder sands that celebrities love to bask upon. The soaring twin volcanic cones, the Pitons, signal we are approaching Saint Lucia, where we will overnight at Castries. St John’s, Antigua, comes next – don't miss the carefully preserved Georgian dockyard that tended Admiral Nelson’s ships. Time to beach-bar hop in Jost Van Dyke, in the British Virgin Islands, before discovering more about the Dominican Republic in the museum at Samana. White sands melt into turquoise seas at Grand Turk on Turks and Caicos, just time to wiggle your toes in the surf before we spend two days sailing to our final port, New York City.

From Montreal we journey along the Saint Lawrence River to Québec City to explore the cobbled streets of the UNESCO-listed old town. In Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine, try kayaking, cycling, or hiking along the red sandstone cliffs. Next, we reach Nova Scotia, calling at Sydney and Halifax to explore seafaring history and eat lobster rolls, then Saint John in New Brunswick, home to reversing rapids and sweeping tides. Onwards we go, into U.S. waters for Portland and more lobsters, and Boston for clam chowder. At Newport, Rhode Island, there are Gilded Age mansions to see before we arrive in dazzling New York City for an overnight stay. Next comes a relaxing day at sea as we cross to the Bahamas. The Royal Naval Dockyard is our port of call, the historic setting for exciting entertainment venues and great restaurants. Two more days at sea transport us to another place steeped in history, Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic; find out more about the island in the museum at our next stop, Samana. Then it’s on to San Juan, the lively capital of Puerto Rico, and Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands, where you can take a dip in Bubbly Pool, Mother Nature’s Jacuzzi. Hit the beach in St John’s in Antigua – they say there’s one for every day of the year on this island – and shop ’til you drop in glamorous St Barts. Next is St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands – take the cable car into the hills for a grand overview – before a relaxing passage to our final stop, vibrant Fort Lauderdale.

New York to San Juan

Join this cruise and enjoy some time seeing the sights in New York City, with an overnight stay at the start of your journey. After wandering the streets and avenues of Manhattan, you’ll welcome a relaxing day at sea as we cross to the Bermuda. Fort Lauderdale to Puerto Caldera

It’s time now for a dip in the clear waters off the coast of Roatán – don’t forget your snorkel, this tiny island has the second-biggest coral reef in the world. Relax onboard as we spend a day at sea crossing the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, bound for Puerto Limón in Puerto Rico for more beach action. Next comes historic Cartagena, where we overnight, leaving plenty of time to stroll the colorful streets and admire the astonishing 16th-century architecture. Next, we hop between Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao – the ABC islands. First is Willemstad in Curaçao, a good spot to discover more about these islands’ Dutch colonial past, then Kralendijk in Bonaire, to explore the kaleidoscopic world within its coral reef. This is followed by Oranjestad in Aruba, where the incredible nature in Arikok National Park is a must-see. There’s more nature to enjoy at Tayrona Natural National Park at our next stop, Santa Marta, on the Colombian coast. We arrive at Puerto Caldera on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, and then cross to Nicaragua, where you can watch the surfing at San Juan del Sur. Try the coffee from one of El Salvador’s famous plantations at Acajutla, before we enjoy another sea day. We cross the border to Mexico for the palm-fringed beaches of Zihuatanejo, where dolphins and sea turtles play in the waves, and Manzanillo, famed for marlin fishing. Laidback Puerto Vallarta comes next, followed by a couple of days on board as we cross yet another border to the U.S. and our final destination, San Diego.

Puerto Caldera to San Diego

Puerto Caldera in Costa Rica marks the start of our exploration of the Pacific coast of Central America. First stop is the paradisiacal Playa Flamingo, to discover its sugar-white sands and cerulean lagoons. Next is Acajutla in El Salvador, within striking distance of the mangroves and mountains of El Imposible National Park, before we relax with a day at sea. Crossing the border to Mexico, we reach the palm-fringed beaches of Zihuatanejo, where dolphins and sea turtles play in the waves, and Manzanilla, beloved by anglers for the marlin fishing in its waters. The laid-back beach town of Puerto Vallarta comes next, followed by a couple of days on board, as we make our way across yet another border to the U.S. and our final destination, San Diego.

Bali to Hong Kong

Our journey begins with two days of sun, sand, and sea on the Indonesian island of Bali, before we sail north to Makassar, jumping-off point for the snorkeler-approved Samalona island. We then have two days at sea to enjoy all that Crystal Serenity has to offer – from fine dining to world-class entertainment. Puerto Princesa in Palawan is the best place to start hopping around the Philippine’s emerald islands, as we make our way to the white sands of Boracay. Then we spend two days in buzzing Manila, Southeast Asia’s second-largest city. Take a moment to relax as we cross the South China Sea because our last stop is Hong Kong, where you will stay overnight. Wave goodbye to Athens as we embark on a journey that travels east through Greek waters to Turkey before turning west to Italy. Our first stop is Mykonos, a quintessential Greek island with blue-domed, whitewashed dwellings, and, in recent years, a place that has become synonymous with glamour, its bars and restaurants rivaling those in in the world's capitals. Next, we touch the coast of Turkey at Kusadasi. Make the most of this beach resort or, if you’re interested in history, don't miss the chance to see the fascinating ruins of the ancient Greek city of Ephesus. We turn west now for Santorini, where life is lived on the lip of a sunken volcano, which is why you’ll find black sands here. A day at sea takes us to Messina on the Italian island of Sicily.
