For any content you submit, we may use, copy, modify, adapt, publish or incorporate such content into forms of marketing messaging and advertising for our social accounts, email marketing, print brochures and our website.

We may share the personal data we collect with other companies in the Century Travel Group, where it is necessary for the effective servicing of a booking or query.

We may share the personal data we collect with other Supplier Partners and Service Providers. We only share personal data that enable our Supplier Partners to provide their services. We work with carefully selected Service Providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf, including for example, companies that help us with our technology services, storing and combining data, and processing payments. We only share personal data that enable our Service Providers to effectively provide their services. When we share personal data with these companies we require them store and process it securely, and they must not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes.

We may also need to share personal data with other organisations in certain circumstances:

if the law or a public authority says we must share the personal data;

if we need to share personal data in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (this includes providing personal data to others for the purposes of preventing fraud and reducing credit risk);

to an organisation we sell or transfer (or enter into negotiations to sell or transfer) any of our businesses or any of our rights or obligations under any agreement we may have with you. The personal data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area “EEA”). It may also be processed by companies operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our Service Providers, such as airlines, hoteliers, insurance companies and ground handling agents so they can provide you the arrangements you require.

In order for you to travel overseas, we may be required to disclose certain of your personal data to government bodies or other authorities in Cyprus and in other countries, such as those responsible for immigration, border control, security and anti-terrorism. Even if it is not mandatory for us to provide information to such authorities, we may exercise our discretion to assist them where appropriate.

The protection and safe-guarding of your personal data is very important to us and we implement various security safeguards to protect your data, including:

A&K Travel will collect personal data from you when you interact with any of the A&K Travel websites, contact any of its subsidiary companies’ reservations departments, use our services, or purchase our products.


We collect Guest Personal Data about or generated by any device you have used to access the websites of subsidiary companies, or when you use Wi-Fi while traveling with A&K Travel. Such collected data could include contact details (such as email address) and previous purchase history or interests. When you use our websites, we also collect certain information about you automatically through our use of cookies and similar technologies. Please see below for our Cookie Notice.


We receive Guest Personal Data about you from our third-party affiliates or partners and from marketing companies that provide us with such information as a part of their relationship with us. We receive Guest Personal Data from third party travel agents who transfer Guest Personal Data to us when you purchase products or services from them in connection with services that we provide, and other service providers performing services on our behalf. We may receive Guest Personal Data from ad networks, behavioral advertising vendors, market research, and social media companies or similar companies that provide us with additional Guest Personal Data. A&K Travel feels strongly about protecting the privacy of children. A&K Travel’s websites are not targeted for use by minors under the age of 18 (“minors”). A&K Travel does not knowingly collect personal information from minors in connection with the features of our websites without the consent of a parent or guardian. III. CATEGORIES OF GUEST PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE FOR PROCESSING

A&K Travel collects and processes the following categories of Guest Personal Data, for the purposes specified below when you make an inquiry or purchase a service or product:

Conduct our business and improve our websites and services, develop new products and services, provide information and support, to better understand your needs and interests, personalize communications and advertising, and generally promote a quality experience for you.

Process, fulfil and follow up on transactions and requests for products, services, support, and information

Financial information (e.g., credit card number, financial institution information and number)

Process transactions you enter into with us (e.g., purchase of goods and services, refunds, discounts and offers)

The type of Guest Personal Data collected by A&K Travel may vary from country to country, and in some countries A&K Travel might not collect all of the categories of Guest Personal Data listed above.

A&K Travel is committed to only collecting and processing the minimum amount of data from you that is necessary to the purposes of our data processing activities, and to retain such data only if required to fulfil such purposes. Where applicable, if A&K Travel intends to further process the personal data for a purpose other than that for which the personal data was initially collected, A&K Travel shall, prior to such processing, provide you with any relevant information on such additional purpose, and, to the extent required by applicable law, obtain your consent for this.

While traveling with A&K Travel subsidiary companies:

A&K Travel processes Guest Personal Data when you interact with us offline. Additionally, when you use electronic or RFID technologies, or use on-premise digital services, we may collect browsing information including but not limited to, search history, server logs, application logs, browsing data, first party cookies, third party cookies, pixel tags and clear gifs. In addition, we may process this data in combination with other data that we collect and/or create as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests in (i) verifying your identity for authentication and security purposes; and (ii) to prevent fraud.


We may operate CCTV or security cameras on properties operated or owned by A&K Travel subsidiary companies. In connection with these systems, we may collect and/or create Guest Personal Data as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests, such as (i) ensuring the safety and security of guests and employees; (ii) recording and investigating health and safety incidents; (iii) keeping track of guests and employees for safety and commercial purposes; and (iv) creating aggregate data.

When you use our digital services, we may collect and process device and network data. We use this data as necessary to fulfil guests’ requests. We may also collect and process data that we collect, create, and/or receive (including through the use of cookies and similar technologies). We typically use this data as necessary in connection with certain legitimate business interests, such as ensuring the security of our websites and other technology systems.

We and certain third parties process Guest Personal Data we hold for certain purposes including but not limited to distribute marketing communications and to create marketing profiles, in connection with online advertising, including targeted advertising, data sales, personalization and guest profiles.

In order to understand our guests’ preferences, and better recommend bespoke products and services we may create a “Guest Profile” by linking together and analyzing Guest Personal Data collected in the following circumstances: (i) when you purchase our products and services; (ii) when you travel with companies owned or operated by A&K Travel and its subsidiary companies; (iii) when you use our digital services; (iv) through cookies and other tracking technologies; (v) when you contact us or submit information to us; and (vi) through feedback and surveys.


During our interactions we may collect special categories of personal data about you as detailed below. This may be because you want us to have the information or inadvertently as result of a group you travel with (please see example below). It may also be because we need to know certain personal data about you which is special category data in order that we can provide you with the best possible service and advise you whether a trip is suitable for you. Health is one of the best examples of this.

E.g. If we receive a group booking from a specific religious association we will inadvertently have details of religious beliefs of those individuals. The same can be said for groups from political associations and trade union associations.

E.g. We are sometimes asked whether certain medication is allowed to be taken into certain jurisdictions which discloses certain medical conditions.

Other special category of personal data which we may end up receiving from you include details about your:

dietary requirements which may disclose your religious or philosophical beliefs;

You are not under any obligation to consent to us processing or disclosing your sensitive information in the manner described above and in our Notice. However, if you don’t agree then we won’t be able to process your data or transfer your data to our suppliers. As you will appreciate it would then be difficult to actually provide your holiday because making your holiday arrangements involves processing your data and transferring your data to our suppliers in order that they can provide the services.

If you have concerns with us processing or transferring your data then please discuss that with us at your earliest convenience in order that we can book your holiday and provide you with the necessary services.

If you are happy to consent to our use of your sensitive information, you will also be able to withdraw your consent at any time. However, as this will prevent us from providing your holiday, we will be required to treat any withdrawal of consent as a cancellation of your booking and the cancellation charges in the Booking Terms and Conditions for your booking will become payable..


IV. THE LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING GUEST PERSONAL DATA

In most instances, we process your personal data under the legitimate interests of providing you products and services. In other instances, we obtain your consent to process your personal data where we are required to do so by applicable law – for example, where the personal data we are collecting from you is special category personal data and we are not lawfully permitted to process your personal data on any other legal grounds. Where we rely on your consent for processing your personal data, you may withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us at 

. Please note, however, that withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent you gave prior to withdrawal. For direct marketing, we rely on our legitimate interests when applicable law does not require your consent.

While we always want you to be aware of how we are using your personal information, this does not necessarily mean in every instance that we are required to ask for your consent before we can use it. If you provide A&K Travel with personal data about members of your family and/or other dependents (e.g., for emergency contact or benefits administration purposes or as fellow travellers on a trip), it is your responsibility to inform them of their rights relating to the processing of their personal data for these purposes. You are also responsible for obtaining the explicit consent of these individuals (unless you are authorized to provide such consent on their behalf) to the processing (including disclosure and transfer) of that personal data for the purposes set out in this Notice.

Try a taste of Crystal life on a roundtrip voyage from Barcelona. Short but sweet, this voyage hops from Spain to France and back. We start in the buzzing Catalan capital, where you can stroll the famous tree-lined promenade, La Rambla, gaze in awe at the fantastical buildings of the 19th-century architect Antonio Gaudí, and admire early works by Pablo Picasso in the museum dedicated to the artist. Then we cross the border to France and the equally enthralling port of Marseille, which revels in its history as a major trading hub with its cosmopolitan mix of culture and cuisine. Soak it all up as you wander around the Vieux Port and past the old merchant’s houses on La Canebière. On our return, we’ll call at Sète to dine on oysters from the lagoon and laze on the beach, before heading back to Barcelona once more.

Marseille (Provence) to Civitavecchia (Rome)

Embark on a voyage that calls at some of the Mediterranean’s most intriguing island destinations. This odyssey begins in the cosmopolitan city of Marseille in France, before sailing to the pretty town of Menton on the French Riviera. Next on our list is Genoa, on Italy's mainland, where the grand architecture is evidence of the port's former glory days as an influential maritime power. Livorno opens up the possibility of trips to Florence, Pisa and the vineyards of Chianti, before we continue south. Little-visited Portoferraio in Elba and Olbia in Sardinia promise great beaches and fantastic food, as does Porto Santo Stefano on the south coast of Tuscany, a holiday hotspot for in-the-know Italians. All good things must come to an end, in our case in Rome.

Civitavecchia (Rome) to Barcelona

This dazzling itinerary takes in the best of the Western Mediterranean, meandering around the pick of the ports between Rome and Barcelona. Our voyage begins in Rome, amid the ancient streets and palazzos. Next, we head to Cagliari in the south of Sardinia, with its medieval walled quarter and lively marina. After all that sightseeing, you will be ready for an enjoyable day relaxing at sea as we cross continents to Africa for Tunis on the coast of Tunisia. Here, shopping in the city’s souks is sure to supply some unusual souvenirs and gifts to take home. Three exquisite Spanish destinations complete our cruise. First, elegant Palma de Mallorca, with its palm-fringed waterfront, then futuristic Valencia, and finally, the ever-lively streets of Barcelona.

Barcelona to Marseille (Provence)

Drink in some of the Mediterranean's most iconic imagery on this cruise. Casting off from Barcelona, your first port of call is Cartagena, one of Spain's most historical cities, before Malaga Picasso's birthplace and the gateway to the Costa del Sol. Marseille to Lisbon

Savor the beauty of both the Mediterranean and the Atlantic coasts on this six-night voyage from France to Portugal. Departing Marseille, our first stop is the Catalan city of Barcelona, where a stroll along Las Ramblas to see the wonderful array of produce on sale in the Boqueria market is a must. Enjoy a leisurely day sailing south to Málaga, where there are masterpieces to admire by the city's famous son, the artist Picasso, in the museum named after him. Next, we make our way west to Portugal and Portimão, the Algarve’s seaside playground, with some of the nation's loveliest sands. Set off on a memorable seven-night roundtrip from Copenhagen in the esteemed company of Chef Nobu, who chose Crystal for his only restaurant at sea back in 2003 – a venue that is a guest favorite to this day. We will also be joined by past Cruise Director Gary Hunter, Broadway actress Rachel York, and entertainer James Fox, so expect plenty razzle-dazzle onboard while we sail through the awe-inspiring landscapes of Scandinavia. Our voyage departs Copenhagen for Skagen, on Denmark’s Jutland peninsula, long popular with artists for the extraordinary quality of its natural light, then Kristiansand in Norway for an invigorating dose of Nordic nature. Onwards to the canals and leafy boulevards of Gothenburg, Sweden’s second city, before returning to Norway for an overnight in the capital, Oslo, with plenty of time to wander its reinvigorated waterfront. Our final stop in Copenhagen allows more time to discover the Danish capital.

Copenhagen to Reykjavik

Embark on an eight-night cruise where the midnight sun shimmers on heart-melting landscapes. Begin your journey with an overnight in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, and the opportunity to visit the Viking Museum and cruise the city's canals as the sun sets. We cross to Norway now, sailing to Arendal, famed for its watersports, and Sandnes, where you can jump on a bike and explore the flourishing arts scene. Heading west we call at city of Kirkwall on Orkney, to see Neolithic standing stones and go birdwatching, and trace the Viking roots of Lerwick in the Shetland Islands. At Torshavn in the Faroes, there's a chance to explore curious turfed-roof houses and enjoy a hike to the "Floating Lake", Leitisvatn, before we arrive in the Icelandic capital, Reykjavík.

Oslo to Liverpool

Discover intriguing history and cultural gems on this voyage between Oslo and Liverpool. We sail from Norway's capital to Kristiansand, a beautiful coastal destination with its old wooden houses. After a restful day at sea, we arrive in Ijmuiden on the Dutch coast for an overnight stay – time to explore Amsterdam’s floating flower market and scenic canals. Next, the white cliffs come into view as we overnight in Britain's castle-topped port of Dover, then head west to Plymouth, a city steeped in maritime history, before reaching Cobh in Ireland. Spend a day exploring Cork, a foodie favorite, before we sail to Dublin for literary heritage and Liverpool to celebrate the music of The Beatles and discover a waterfront brimming with fantastic museums.

New York City Round Trip

Experience the vibrant beauty of fall on a captivating, seven-night roundtrip cruise from New York City during peak time for the turning leaves. Explore historic Newport, Rhode Island, with its magnificent Gilded Age mansions, once home to rich and famous families including the Vanderbilts and Astors. Next, discover the creative flair of bohemian Provincetown, ever popular with artists, before diving into the revolutionary history of Boston and witnessing the harbor where the "tea party" took place. Onwards we go to savor the coastal splendor of Bar Harbor, with its boutique shops and art galleries, and browse the Old City Market in Saint John, New Brunswick, an unmissable experience for foodies. We turn southwest now to return at leisure to our energetic final stop, New York City.

Bridgetown to Fort Lauderdale

Feel the warmth of the Caribbean sun on your skin as we weave around some of the world’s loveliest islands on this nine-night cruise. Casting off from the Caribbean-Georgian streets of Bridgetown in Barbados, our first stop is Kingstown in St. Vincent and The Grenadines, famous for fantastic snorkeling and barefoot luxury on islands such as Mustique. Castries in Saint Lucia is next, a tangle of rainforest and powder sands in the shadow of two towering peaks, the Pitons. Next, time for some invigorating exercise, with a hike that delivers sublime views in Guadeloupe, before discovering Montserrat, a modern-day Pompeii with a story to tell about its volcano. Finally, zip across the treetops in Tortola before spending two restful days at sea returning to Fort Lauderdale.

Fort Lauderdale to Bridgetown

Take it slow on this nine-night voyage around the Caribbean. Departing Fort Lauderdale, we get into the groove with a relaxing day sailing to Grand Cayman, where there's art to appreciate and interesting architecture to see. Jamaica’s Montego Bay is next. It's not just about the beach here; for a different vibe, try bamboo rafting, explore the Green Grotto Caves, and sample farm-to-table cooking. After another easy day at sea, take a walk around the colonial quarter of Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, and see more historic streets from the saddle of a bicycle in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hop on a catamaran in Saint Martin and take the plunge in one of the Caribbean's top snorkelling spots in Dominica, before we arrive at our final destination, Bridgetown in Barbados.

Rome (Civitavecchia) to Marseille

This glamorous cruise visits some of the Mediterranean’s most famous ports, a few lesser-known jewels, and takes in one high-octane event. Departing Rome, we spend a relaxing day at sea en route to ritzy Monte Carlo, where our visit coincides with the thrilling action of the Monaco Grand Prix. An overnight stay in the charming seaside resort of Villefranche-sur-Mer is followed by a trip to the French island of Corsica, before our journey ends in the buzzing French port of Marseille.

Marseille to Targona

We throw the spotlight on Spain for this delightful summer cruise. Casting off from the French city of Marseille, we hop over the Spanish border for our first stop, the fishing village of Palamos, followed by pretty Mahón in Menorca, and the quiet side of Ibiza. Next, the coastal cities beckon: dynamic Alicante; Valencia, birthplace of paella; and our final stop, Tarragona, Spain’s most important Roman town, with beautifully preserved ruins including the Pont del Diable aqueduct.

Taragona to Rome (Civitavecchia)

Our co-Chairman Geoffrey Kent will join us on this voyage as we travel from the Spanish port of Tarragona, famed for its ancient Roman ruins, to equally alluring destinations around the Mediterranean. Discover the beauty of the Spanish Balearics in Palma de Mallorca and Mahón in Menorca. After a sea day, we call by Italy’s Cinque Terre then sail on to Livorno for trips to Pisa and Florence. Next, we’ll head to Porto Santo Stefano for a wilder view of Tuscany before our final overnight in Civitavecchia, just a short hop from Rome. A special anniversary gala will be a particular highlight.

Rome (Civitavecchia) to Venice (Fusina)

Experience la dolce vita on a nine-night cruise of the Mediterranean. We begin in the beautiful Italian city of Sorrento, fragranced by lemon groves, before sailing to Amalfi, a cluster of architectural jewels clinging to cliffs that soar out of turquoise waters. Crotone on the bottom of Italy’s boot is our departure point for Greece and the cypress-studded island of Corfu. Two historic cities, Kotor in Montenegro and Split in Croatia, guide our way to Fusina, gateway to Venice for three days of exploration.

Athens (Piraeus) to Thessaloniki

Immerse yourself in history, culture, and nature on this unforgettable nine-night voyage around the Mediterranean. From Athens, we sail to the Greek island of Crete to discover the old Venetian harbor of Chania, then marvel at Santorini's stunning volcanic landscape studded with white cube-shaped dwellings. Immerse yourself in the rich history of Rhodes, uncovering the story of its Jewish community, and take an exhilarating ride in a RIB around the coast and islets of Patmos. An overnight stay in Kusadasi in Turkey opens the door to the ancient ruins of Ephesus. A day at sea grants plenty of time to reflect on what has been witnessed so far before we reach Thessaloniki for an overnight stay, with excursions including a visit to a vineyard to try the delicious local wine.
