- Today, Crystal announced the launch of its newest incentive, the Crystal Referral Program. This initiative is designed to reward Crystal's loyal guests for sharing their extraordinary cruise experiences with their friends and loved ones.

Crystal’s Referral Program encourages brand enthusiasts to refer friends, family and colleagues to experience the epitome of exceptional travel. For every “new to Crystal” guest a loyal past traveler refers, the new guest will receive 5% off their cruise fare, and the past traveler will receive the same value as a credit to use towards a future voyage. Furthermore, there is no limit to the number of guests one can refer, so savings on these exceptional experiences at sea are endless.

Crystal Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Crystal Referral Program is effective as of April 4, 2024, and is designed to reward Crystal Society members for referring “new to Crystal” friends and family members (“Friend(s)”). The Friend and the Crystal Society member cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), nor can they come from within the same household as the Crystal Society Member. Friends booking their own accommodations on a Crystal cruise receive five percent (5%) savings on the cruise-only fare; limited to one (1) five percent (5%) savings per booking.For each “Eligible Referral”, Crystal Society members receive a future cruise credit in an amount equal to the five percent (5%) savings extended to their Friend (the “Referral Credit”). An Eligible Referral is defined as a verified Friend who books and sails on a future Crystal voyage; guests booked within the same suite/guest room do not constitute an Eligible Referral. To qualify as an Eligible Referral, the Friend must submit their referral request and provide the Crystal Society Member information within fourteen (14) days of paying their initial deposit. The Referral Credit is only earned once an Eligible Referral is within forty-five (45) days of departure (the “Departure Date”) and their booking is paid in full. Additional/repeat bookings made by a Friend are not counted as additional Eligible Referrals. Credits can be applied towards current bookings sailing on or after the Departure Date. Should the Friend cancel their booking, the Referral Credit will be rendered null and void unless the Friend’s booking is non-refundable, and Crystal retains the Friend’s funds. The amount of the Referral Credit will always be based on the five percent (5%) savings applied to the Friend’s booking at the time of their initial deposit. A Crystal Society Member can refer as many Friends as they want and receive a Referral Credit for each referral; there is no limit to how many Referral Credits can be applied towards a new booking.Not applicable to reduced rate bookings and charter and incentive groups.Crystal Referral Program combinability will be communicated at time of booking. By taking advantage of the five percent (5%) savings under the Crystal Referral Program, Friends understand and agree that the Crystal Society Member who referred them will implicitly become aware of what they paid for their cruise. While travel agents are not eligible to refer new guests and not entitled to earn future cruise credits through this program they are encouraged to promote the program to their Crystal Society Member customers.Cancel/rebooks not eligible. The Crystal Referral Program applies to new bookings made by Friends on/after April 4, 2024.Certain restrictions apply.Soliciting bookings on social media websites or otherwise making general solicitations to strangers such as to a wide, unknown audience, is prohibited. Any Crystal Society Members or travel advisors found to be engaging in such conduct will not be permitted to participate in the Crystal Referral Program and all Credits will be forfeited; furthermore, they may see some of the benefits from the Crystal Society program revoked. Referral Credits and savings under this Crystal Referral Program cannot be used toward final payment and may not be redeemed for cash. Crystal reserves the right to withdraw the program or limit the number of Credits that can be used at its own discretion without prior notification.
